About Taste 68 at 68
The food fair, an initiative of the Ghana Tourism Authority will showcase sixty-eight (68) traditional and contemporary Ghanaian dishes, highlight the country’s rich agricultural produce and create business opportunities for food entrepreneurs. The food fair will feature food stalls, cooking competitions, performances and cultural exhibitions. The fair will showcase a wide variety of local dishes, traditional cooking techniques and ingredients. It will help boost local tourism , encourage agribusiness and sustainability, foster cultural exchange and celebrate cultural diversity.

Main Events
- Display and Sampling of 68 Ghanaian Dishes
- In partnership with the Chefs Association, Traditional Caterers Association, and the Indigenous Food and Drinks Association, attendees will have the opportunity to sample a wide variety of traditional Ghanaian dishes, each showcasing the rich culinary heritage of the nation.
- International Food Section
- Embassies will display and share national foods from their respective countries.
- This section aims to promote cultural exchange and appreciation of diverse culinary traditions.
- CEO’s Cooking Competition
- Featuring five male CEOs battle it out at the ultimate jollof challenge.
- Each CEO will compete by cooking the iconic Ghanaian dish, Jollof.
- The competition will be judged by a panel of culinary experts, and the winner will receive a special recognition.
